Paper copies are at cost. The listed amount for 8.5 x 11 single-sided copies is 25 cents per page.

That source is the fallback when the roster PDF does not include the record detail needed for a Defiance County custody question.

Defiance County Booking Records

CCNO's booking process explains why a person may not appear in every record source at the same time. The booking department receives the person, inventories property, receipts money, asks identifying and background questions, places a wristband, runs a body scanner, and performs initial medical and suicide screening. Booking also includes photographs and fingerprints for identification, a possible DNA swab depending on the charge, a shower, clothing exchange, uniform issue, bedding, linen, and a hygiene packet.

Defiance County Visitation Schedule

CCNO uses non-contact video visitation for family and friends. Visits are monitored and recorded, and visitors may not use an extra camera, telecommunications device, or recording device during a visit. Adult visitors must present photo ID with date of birth, and the name scheduled for the visit must match the ID. Adult visitors are subject to warrant background checks, may have to pass through a metal detector, and may be searched. Refusing a required search means no visit.

Family and friend correspondence for CCNO does not go to the Stryker street address. Most non-privileged mail is scanned into a tablet system, and physical mail is not given to inmates except legal mail. Three-way call attempts are not allowed and can trigger a $25 service fee plus inmate discipline.
